Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zaya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or makes use of the services offered at zaya9.ws.

By creating a zaya9 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and zaya9. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on zaya9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of zaya9 by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in a personal capacity. Corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of zaya9 or any of its associated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. zaya9 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended zaya9 account. Only one account per individual is permitted across the entire Platform.

zaya9 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform if eligibility criteria are subsequently found to have been unmet.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your zaya9 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all communications sent from your account, regardless of whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, payment method information, and personal data held on your zaya9 account remain accurate and up to date. Outdated or incorrect information may delay withdrawal processing or result in compliance issues.

• You must notify zaya9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• zaya9 will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
• Sharing account access with another person — including a family member — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• You must not allow minors to access your account or the zaya9 Platform under any circumstances.

zaya9 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted to and from the Platform. However, the security of your account also depends on the measures you take to protect your own credentials and devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zaya9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your zaya9 account balance in real time or within a maximum of five (5) minutes, subject to payment processor availability. zaya9 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Bangladesh mobile wallet services.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been verified on your zaya9 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal payments within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed once your account KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• zaya9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Funds may not be transferred between zaya9 player accounts or to any third-party payment recipient under any circumstances.
• Any deposit made using an unverified or fraudulent payment instrument will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, zaya9 reserves the right to recover the erroneous amount without prior notice.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zaya9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion at the time it is offered. The general principles below apply to all zaya9 promotions unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• zaya9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and at its sole discretion, including in response to evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other strategies deemed abusive by zaya9 will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zaya9 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino games, sports betting, crash games, etc.). These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.

General rules applicable across all products include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where specifically provided for within the game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, zaya9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players' accounts.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuine randomness. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant game studio (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi).
• Sports betting markets, odds, and outcomes are determined by zaya9's trading team. In the event of a disputed result, zaya9's decision is final and binding.
• zaya9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zaya9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to zaya9 support immediately rather than exploited.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any other communication with zaya9.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the zaya9 Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the zaya9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of zaya9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from zaya9.
• Use zaya9's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to zaya9 regarding the Platform may be used by zaya9 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

9 Privacy and Data

zaya9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at zaya9.ws/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

zaya9 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the improvement of our services.

zaya9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zaya9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

zaya9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zaya9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

11 Responsible Gaming

zaya9 is strongly committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its players. 12 Amendments to Terms

zaya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at zaya9.ws/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining balance from your account prior to closure.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, zaya9 will endeavour to provide notice via the email address registered to your account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. However, changes required by law or in response to security incidents may take effect immediately.

13 Termination

You may close your zaya9 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, zaya9 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment method before closing the account.

zaya9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that continued provision of services to you poses an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to zaya9.

In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. zaya9 will provide written notice of the reason for termination where legally permissible to do so.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. zaya9 operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes all reasonable steps to comply with the laws applicable to its operations.

Any disputes between you and zaya9 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to our support team in the first instance. zaya9 will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
